Terms and Conditions for Staff4all Services
1. Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions outline the terms under which Staff4all (“The Company”), a Staff Attraction and Recruiting Company, provides services to clients (“Client”). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Staff4all will provide staff attraction, recruitment, and selection services as agreed upon in a service contract or proposal. The services may include candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination as outlined in the specific agreement.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
Provide clear and accurate job descriptions and requirements.
Respond promptly to communications to facilitate efficient recruitment.
Maintain confidentiality and avoid using candidate information for any unauthorized purpose.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fee and payment will be outlined in the contract with our valued organization and / or facilities.
5. Replacement Guarantee
If a candidate placed by Staff4all leaves the Client’s employment or is deemed not suitable within 30 days, Staff4all will provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost, subject to compliance with the original contract terms.
6. Non-Solicitation Clause
The Client agrees not to directly approach or hire candidates placed by Staff4all for other roles within their organization or related entities without prior written consent from Staff4all. This restriction is permanent (never expires). Breach of this clause will result in a penalty fee as outlined in the service agreement.
7. Liability
Staff4all will use reasonable skill and care in providing its services. However, the Company does not guarantee employment outcomes or the performance of any candidate after placement. The Client holds responsibility for final hiring decisions.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the recruitment process. This includes candidate resumes, interview feedback, and business insights provided by the Client.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. The Client remains responsible for fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
11. Amendments
Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
By engaging with Staff4all, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
