1. Selection of Leaders and Higher Management Positions: Our Birkman consultant will provide highly professional service in selecting the most suitable persons applying for the job.
2. Headhunting Services: The company has lots of connections with pioneers, highly qualified, and highly competent leaders, and managers who are leading successful companies to approach and attract to work for our partners’.
3. Attraction for recruitment: We use company consultants to work with national & international recruitment agencies to check talents for proper selection of suitable quailed, skilled, and Only competent staff by:
a. Coordinate with national and international recruitment agencies to announce vacancies in our partners’ facilities.
b. Work closely with recruiters to segregate candidates and finish the preselected talents list.
c. Arrange with national and international recruiters to set interviews for preselected talents.
d. Share with partners’ facilities in conducting the interviews.
e. Coordinate with national and international recruiters to accelerate the processes of selected candidates’ medical tests and authentication of licenses, certifications…etc of selected talents.
f. Follow up with international recruiters to ensure visa stamping.
g. Arrange with national and international recruiters to schedule flights for visa-stamped candidates.
h. Arrange with partners’ facilities to issue or pay the cost of tickets. (Only if not included in the Package).
i. Inform partners’ facilities of the ETA (Estimated Time for Arrival) of selected talents.
4. Update Job Descriptions & Competencies: We provide consulting services to partners’ HR to review, update, or create job descriptions.
5. Update Staff Plan: We provide consulting services to partners’ HR to update staffing plans.
6. ISO & Medical Quality National and International Accreditation Preparation: Our highly qualified, dedicated, experienced consultants are ready to work step by step with facility teams to fill out the gab between current documentations and practices to obtain the targeted accreditations.
